Since long time, astrological experts believe that Shani is planet Saturn which is known to have a strong influence upon people.

Shani Jayanti is one of the most important festivals of Shani Shingnapur Shaneshwara temple in Maharashtra. Many religious customs are followed on this day. On the morning of Shani Jayanti, the idol is bathed with Mustard oil, GangaGanga

• Donate Mustard oil & black gram whole (Urad Sabut) in Shani temple.

• Keep silence for at least one hour to have mental peace.
