Siddhidatri is the ninth form of Durga worshiped... is worshipped to acquire all Siddhis. If anyone worship her in a prescribed manner and with his full faith, nothing remains unattainable in the universe and can develop competency to conquer the whole universe.
There is a belief that Goddess Siddhidatri is capable of granting all sorts of occult powers and 26 different achievements to her worshipers. According to the Markandaye Purana, there are eight achievements such as Anima, Mahima, Garima, Laghima, Prapti, Prakaamya, Ishitva and Vashitva are 8 siddhis. According to Brahmavaivart Purana, there are 18 types of achievements.
The mother Siddhidatri is depicted as a four-armed goddess with the lower right hand of the Goddess holds a disc and the upper right-hand holds a lotus. The lower left-hand holds a conch shell and the upper hand holds a mace. She is seated on a lotus flower.

Tradition and Culture
Devotees worshipped eight incarnations of Durga during eight days of Navratri in an appropriate manner. On a ninth day, If they worship Goddess Siddidatri in a prescribed manner with their full faith, they can acquire all the achievements and get all their desires fulfilled. They can move into the divine abode of the Devi and always drinks the nectar of her favour. They become completely devoid of lust and enjoyment. The absolute nearness of the goddess becomes the only aim of their actions. After acquiring this position, nothing is remained for them to acquire.
On this day seedlings or the "Khetri” is submerged in the water. This custom suggests a link to harvesting. The sowing and reaping of barley are symbolic of the "first fruit.” It is believed that if devotees pray Goddess with full devotion, they can lead to the path of their soul’s evolution.
