Kalki - The Savior
According to Hindu scriptures, an era is divided into four ages and each age has its own qualities and nature. The present age in which we all are living is known as KaliKali
There are several traditions of how Kali came into existence... Yuga, the age of decadence. The age is marked by chaos, strife, confusion, discord, spiritual degradation and dishonesty. It is rightly called ‘the Age of Vices’. It is believed that because of such inhumanity and ‘adharma’ the world will soon come to its end so the path of righteousness, humanity, sincerity and honesty could prevail again. This end will be brought on by the tenth incarnation of Vishnu, called Kalki.
The human civilization is at its end, morally, and a society with no moral values should not continue for long as bloodshed and contempt becomes the base of such societies. We are living in such an age when morality has reduced to only a quarter of that of Golden age, also known as Satya Yuga. Also only with the end of Kali She is the embodiment of empowerment and a fierce aspect of the Goddess. She is black in her complexion and thus she is named Kali. She is the Goddess of time, power, change and destruction and is majorly worshipped in South India, Bengal and AssamYuga, Satya Yuga It is also known as the Age of Truth. It is the age when humanity and morality governs the society and every action is performed with intrinsic goodness. It is believed that in this age, umanityis governed by Godscan be resorted again, thus making the rejuvenation of the universe possible.
A day is specifically dedicated to KalkiKalki
According to Hindu scriptures, an era is divided into four ages and each age has its own qualities and nature... for his coming known as Kalki Jayanti. People pray to him for forgiving their sins and making the death process as painless as possible. There is only a single temple that is dedicated specifically to Kalki and it is located in Jaipur (Rajasthan). It was built by a king named Sawai Jai Singh in around 1727 AD.
Vishnu is the part of Holy trinity and the one who is responsible for preserving the universe. Hence he will take any number of measures to sustain humanity and life of all other inhabitants, even if it means nuking them first. He will be the ‘Destroyer of the Filth, darkness and ignorance’. He will come on a white horse with a blazing sword with which he will punish the evildoers. He is believed to arrive in a village named Sambhala and with him will come lightening, heavy rains, thunder and blazing sun. He will be born to a father named Vishnuyasha and mother named Sumati and they both will be the devotees of Vishnu. He will also have four brothers. He will be born in the times when evil kings will feed on the pious. All such information about his life has already been mentioned in Kalki Purana.
No one know in what form will he arrive. He can be as huge as a dinosaur or as tiny as a virus. He will destroy the nature which will make it impossible for humans to survive. There would be no life-sustaining elements left in the nature thus marking the extinction of humans.
In every age, VishnuVishnu
Vishnu is one of the Supreme Gods of Hindus and is a part of Hindu Trinity,.. has taken a new form and have come on earth as an incarnation because the evils of the age were too heavy to be dealt by humans or Gods alone. Vishnu is believed to have already taken nine incarnations and Kalki, is his tenth. Parashurama was his sixth incarnation who was immortal. Generally, all incarnations perform their part and then go to their humble abode but Parashurama is still believed to be existing among us and is waiting for Kalki to be born. He will be his martial preceptor and will teach him military science, warfare arts and ways of performing severe penance as to gain celestial weaponry.
When Kalki will be born moon will be in zodiac Aquarius, Jupiter in zodiac Sagittarius, Saturn will be in zodiac Libra and Ketu It is the descending lunar node in Hindu astrologywill be in zodiac Scorpio. This suggests the swift action of Kalki, his invincibility, victory and his ability to balance justice and his sword.
According to Bhagavad Gita, It is a Hindu scripture of 700 verse, teaching the concept of Dharma (righteousness) whenever there is decay of righteousness, Vishnu himself will be born to establish righteousness.
