His holiness Swami Sudarshanacharya Maharaj fondly called as Guruji or Guru Maharaj by most of his followers is also one such great and highly evolved saint who has brought about spiritual awareness in our country. Shri Guru Maharaj Known to be a worshipped, spiritually accomplished saint, the eternal, (Ananth Sri Vibhushit) Head of Indraprasth and Haryana Peeth, Jagadguru Ramanujacharya Swami Sri Sudarshan Acharya ji Maharaj, was very charming, simple, kind and committed to service and kainkarya (spiritual service to humanity). His holiness Shrimad Jagadguru Ramanuja Acharya Swami Sudarshan Acharya Maharaj was born in the state of Rajasthan, District Savai Madopur, Village Padla, in a affluent Brahmin The conventional Hindu caste system divided society into four sects and Brahmin was known as the learned class who gained the knowledge of sacred texts written on Hinduismfamily who worked as farmers. He was named as Shiv (shambu) Dayal Sharma. From childhood he was a devotee of Lord Narayan. At the age of three and a half years old he heard a saint sing the words "Liya Diya Tere Sang Chalega, Dharm Karam Ka Nata Hai, Sai Naam Ki Chinta Kar Le, dene Wala Daata Hai” which meant whatever you give and take will go with you, religion and deeds are your associates, worry about taking the name of God, Lord is the giver.
The words had a remarkable impact on his mind and no material thing or aspiration ever touched his intellect after that. He was extremely religious as a child. At the age of seven he had taken a resolution to bring about welfare of all humanity at the sanctum sanctorum of the famous Balaji Mandir at Mehendipur in the presence of the great Baba Ganeshpuri ji.
In the Sanskrit Students teachers and scholars’ school of Bada Khatla, Vrindavan, It is an important Hindu pilgrimage site where Krishna spent his childhood days. Mathura- It is a city in North Indian State, Uttar Pradesh, known for being the birthplace of Krishna UP, he met his holiness Guru Sri Govindacharyaji who was a guru in the Ramanuja tradition. He was officially initiated as a believer of his guru and finished his study under his skilled supervision. After finishing his studies he went to Kashi in search of the divine bliss. He learnt thoroughly all the Vedas, Four ancient texts constituting the oldest layer of Sanskrit literature and the oldest scriptures of Hinduism Shastras, Puranas, Darshanshastra etc and understood religious conviction from its roots. He gained divine wisdom and knowledge. He not only got an analysis of the powers of holy mantras, but also got them under his control.
After that he went to the deep forest of Bangarh about 200km from his village and started severe penances for 12 years. During his period he stayed in huts near Todabhim at Panchmadiarayanimata, Bhartuhariji and Pandupur. During the final stages of His penances one saint came to Him and said “My devotee you are hungry since three days, I have bought you three roties (bread), eat it". But Guruji said, "No dear saint I won’t eat them." Then the saint said He would eat two and offered Guruji one roti, but Guruji refused it again and again. So in front of Guruji the saint ate all the three Himself.
After eating them He said that "looking at your penance, your divine aim and your pledge of helping the world I had come to give you all the three worlds but you refused. But never mind, tomorrow before nine in the morning another saint will come to you and don’t refuse to take food from him." Next day at the given time a saint came and insisted Guruji to have food and Guruji on the advice of the saint who had come a day before took the food which was offered to Him. The saint said that whatever Guruji will want He will get. Since that day the world has been benefited in all possible ways from Guruji.
Jagadguru Sudarshanacharya Maharaj has proved to be a jewel in the crown of the Ramanuja Sampradaya and the Vaishnavi world. Teachings include making one realize that Only God is COMPLETE, He resides in every soul. He is the Sole Creator and Preserver of this entire Universe.The main aim of every human must be to wipe out his ego and surrender totally to the Supreme Lord. Only Lord Narayan is eternal truth and His power is Maha Lakshmi. Shri Laxmi Narayan are the parents of this entire universe and each soul are Their children.

After having fulfilled the purpose of his incarnation on this materialistic world and return to the heavens, a Samadhi has been built in Guruji’s memory and is place of great faith and conviction. The Samadhi is a means for prayer and worship; Guru Maharaj is actually in every particle of this Ashram and protects his devotees from danger. Guru Maharaj ji had found this Dhuna and this dhuna was found under the earth while they were digging the place for laying the foundation of the Ashram. Swami Purshottam Acharya ji now solves problems of several people here and also does his meditation or tapascharya.
The Ashram has a dispensary and a dental clinic also for the benefit of the poor. To bring about awareness on study and contemplation of scriptures among devotees, a library has been established. Gurukul was started in the premises of the ashram few years back. These fortunate children are not only taught the Vedic scriptures and Mantra A group of sacred words chanted in order to gain something, be it materialistic pleasures or peaceful mindrecitation in Sanskrit but also the essential morals which will help them develop into responsible and good citizens of our country.
