The gems of thousand of scriptures, the philosophy of great sages, the pearls of wisdom of saints has emerged as nectar from the voice of Sudhanshuji Maharaj. Maharajshri was born on the second day of May 1955 in a respected family of Haripur in the district of Saharanpur which is located in the land situated between the river GangaGanga
According to Bhagavata Purana, Vishnu in one of.... and Yamuna in the sub-hilly area of Shivalik range in the north of India. Just at the age of four years Maharajshri started reciting the GayatriGayatri
Goddess Gayatri is an aspect of three Hindu Goddess named Saraswati (Goddess of Knowledge)... Mantra and the hymns while still sitting in the lap of his revered father.
It was a part of his routine to go to the bed after listening to the stories of saints and sages, wise leaders and patriots. At the sage of seven, evening prayers, reciting devotional songs, and holding religious discourses were his enjoyable games. His holy aura used to influence each and everyone. At the age of ten his revered father placed him in the ashram of Vijendra Muni Yogi to learn meditation. Due to the hard conditions prevailing in the forests and fear many of his companions deserted the Ashram but he continued regardless on the path of meditation. The process of his education continued to operate from the school to the Gurukul and from the Gurukul to the University. At the age of 20 he continued to learn under the guidance of Professor of Philosophy, Shri Nandkishore, in Haridwar. He got an opportunity to gather knowledge from a forest saint, Shri Prakashanandji.
After completing his University education at the age of 22 he set out on a journey to explore India. He completed his pilgrimage to all the four religious posts and numerous places of worship in the country. He saw by himself the divisions and distortions of the country between religious and non-religious, wise and ignorant, rich and poor, big and small sections. He observed how the innocent people have been caught in the vicious ambience of traditional, ignorance, misconduct, and cruelty. He saw for himself the pitiable conditions by visiting villages and towns. He realised that ignorance, deprivation, injustice, laziness, high expectations, misbehaviour, and fatalism are the main causes of the poor conditions of India. Maharajshri then outlined a course for his life.
He resolved to take upon himself the responsibility of letting the Ganga of pure religion flow on the holy land of India. He entered the marital life in January 1978. A turning point in his life came when he was blessed with the company of a great yogi, Shri Sadanandji Maharaj. He advised Maharajshri to: ‘Discover your own true personality. You are divine. You are aapt. Reawaken your dormant powers. Reach unto the extreme climax of meditation’. Maharajshri then continued to practice meditation under his guidance. The God then blessed him. He achieved self-attainment.
While during the deep meditation Maharajshri not only had the true realisation but also heard the ever-ringing cosmic sound. Upon attaining the perfection in meditation, Swami Sadanandji offered him the divine offering to eat and said: ‘Go and offer the nectar of your meditation as an offering to the world’. At his instance, Maharajshri went and met Shri Muktanandji Maharaj, who gave him happiness. He learnt many methods and means from him. With the encouragement provided by Swami Muktananadji, he established the Vishwa Jagriti Mission, on the auspicious day of Ramnavami, 24 March 1991, the birthday of Lord RamaRama
As of late, in the year 2007, the idea of whether Rama.... With the guidance and vision of Maharajshri, the Vishwa Jagriti Mission has now become a huge organisation like a banyan tree.
