Time Required: 5 to 30 Minutes
Follow the given steps for Basic Meditation:
- Sit in the comfortable position: You can choose chair, bed, the ground or any other place. You have to remember while selecting the place it must be comfortable so that you can completely relax while still staying awake.
Note:- Prepare yourself mentally that you cannot be an expert in one or two days. It will take time to be master in meditation sometimes it can take months to achieve this state. If finding difficult can take the help of the Expert. Start with short duration for five minutes and then later can increase the time period.
- Close your eyes.
- Declutter your head by positive Self talk.
- Try to observe the thoughts progressing in your mind and let them go on their way. When you are not reacting to the thoughts popping in your mind means you are on the right way.
