This is the neck stretching exercise in the standing position. This stretching exercise can be done anywhere and will offer a relief to your tight, sore neck.
First, you have to stand up by keeping the distance of 1 feet between your feet. Keep both your hands on your back, and grasp your left wrist with your right hand.
After that, use your right hand to stretch your left arm and try to pull it slightly away from you. To increase the power of the stretch in your neck, slowly lower your right ear toward your shoulder.
Remain in this position for around 25 seconds and then change the side.
