This is the stretching exercise for stretching your chest, neck and shoulders.
To start with, this stretching exercise, sit on the knees. After that, lean on your back and keep your hands flat on the ground at the distance of 8 to 10 inches behind you. Press your hands firmly into the ground to lift the chest high and held your back in the arch position and pushing your hips into your heels.
To enhance the intensity of the stretch, lower your head at the backside and stretch your chest and the throat even more.
Remain in this position for 30 seconds, and then lift your head and torso up.
